Qualifications

• Application of AI tools in Human-Centered Change services delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive problem solver with collaborative mindset.
• Strong relationship management and client-facing track record.
• Hold Prosci Change Management Certification.
• Public Sector experience with federal/state/local government or education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices for clients.
• Conduct impact, readiness, and barrier analyses to shape transformation.
• Develop holistic change strategies and define KPIs for success.
• Lead change execution including training planning and delivery.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach senior leaders on Human-Centered Change approaches.
