Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Change Leader to coach and guide customers through large-scale transformations. In this role you will shape holistic change strategies, align senior leadership, and ensure delivery quality across Human-Centered Change engagements.

You will build strong partnerships with project and account leadership, oversee workstreams, and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs, ideally at Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation, efficiency, and day-to-day design work.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (Salesforce LEVERs model, ADKAR).
• Ability to clearly articulate Human-Centered Change value to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement monitoring and measurement frameworks to evaluate change success.
• Strong organizational change management experience, including identifying processes, groups, and structures that will need to change to achieve a strategic vision.
• Strong research and synthesis skills; ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and being client facing.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of engagements within the Human-Centered Change group and align project teams with customers to deliver successful outcomes.
• Advise and oversee change management workstreams and guide project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and connect appropriate people to support.
• Ensure delivery quality and maintain client relationships throughout engagements.
• Travel up to 50% as required to support client engagements.
