Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Human-Centered Change initiatives in a remote-capable role across multiple U.S. regions.

You’ll guide organizational transformations, oversee change workstreams, and collaborate with account and project leadership to deliver outcomes that maximize customer value. You will shape holistic change strategies, drive executive sponsorship, and act as a recognized HCC SME.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include 8-10 years in customer-facing roles
• Experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation and efficiency
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g., LEVERs, ADKAR)
• Ability to articulate Human-Centered Change value to stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with monitoring and measurement frameworks to evaluate change success
• Strong organizational change management experience across processes, groups, and structures
• Proven client relationship skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee holistic change strategies for complex transformation initiatives
• Drive senior leadership alignment and executive sponsorship for transformation success
• Serve as the central point of accountability from an HCC perspective for designated engagements
• Lead development and execution of change strategies, including culture transformation and operating model design
• Drive client sponsorship and proactively identify issues to Account Leadership and Project Leadership
• Act as a subject matter expert within the HCC Practice and contribute to offering innovations
• Actively use AI tools to enhance change strategy development, workshop design, and deliverables
• Develop project scope, timelines, and strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives
• Manage changes in project scope and pivot when necessary
• Collaborate to structure project work, plan proposals, and identify new business opportunities
• Lead change activities through research, workshops, interviews, and synthesis
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to align roles and visions
• Travel up to 50% to support deployments and client engagement
