Job summary

Qualifications
- 8–10 years in customer-facing roles with enterprise transformation experience.
- Experience consulting on technology transformation programs at large companies.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation and efficiency.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Ability to articulate value to stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee holistic change strategies for complex transformation initiatives.
- Drive senior leadership alignment and executive sponsorship for transformation success.
- Serve as the central accountability point for designated customer engagements.
- Lead development and execution of change strategies, culture transformation, and org design.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, issue identification and solution recommendations.
- Lead workshops, research, interviews, and synthesis to deliver client value.
