Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services seeks an experienced Change Leader to guide enterprise client organizations through complex transformations using Human-Centered Change practices. Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience consulting in enterprise technology transformation, ideally at Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation, efficiency, and day-to-day design work.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., LEVERs, ADKAR).
• Ability to clearly articulate Human-Centered Change value to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement monitoring frameworks to evaluate change success.
• Strong organizational change management experience across processes, groups, and structures.
• Strong research and synthesis skills; ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and being client facing.
• Proactive, self-sufficient and professional, with strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or other enterprise software.
• Experience across industries (B2B and B2C).
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience; experience evaluated on core competencies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a project team of HCC colleagues with multidisciplinary backgrounds.
• Develop project scope, timelines, and strategic roadmaps that prioritize investments and support business objectives.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and pivot when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal team members to structure project work, plan and execute client proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities and connect appropriate people to support.
• Lead and drive key change activities throughout a project's lifecycle including research, workshops, and interviews.
