Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Human-Centered Change Senior Manager within the Experience Services Competency. You will ensure delivery excellence across Salesforce Professional Services customers, bringing strong public sector consulting experience and deep knowledge of Human-Centered Change services.

You will lead strategic advisory, stakeholder alignment, and methodology integration, leveraging AI tools to enhance plans and outcomes across complex transformation engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements.
• Deep knowledge of change management principles and AI tools in service delivery.
• Public sector experience with federal civilian, defense, state/local government, nonprofit, or education.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% and onsite work requirement.
• United States citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct change impact, readiness, and barrier analyses to plan transformation success.
• Develop and execute holistic change strategies with defined KPIs and success metrics.
• Lead change management activities including needs analysis, readiness assessment, communications, and training.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration to implement new ways of working.
• Coach senior leaders and managers on change best practices and value realization.
• Integrate design thinking, behavior change science into roadmaps and repeatable methodologies.
• Collaborate with program management to embed change strategies into delivery and manage risks.
• Mentor and lead Human-Centered Change team members on engagements.
