Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Human-Centered Change Senior Manager to ensure delivery excellence across Professional Services engagements. You will guide change management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership coaching for public sector clients, leveraging AI tools to enhance plans and outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed change strategies into complex transformations, while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements
• Experience with Public Sector customers (Federal Civilian, Defense, State & Local Government, Nonprofit, Education)
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication; workshop design and facilitation
• Ability to navigate dynamic situations with proactive problem solving
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and manage stakeholders
• Certified in Prosci Change Management
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% and work onsite with customers

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on change management best practices and improvement opportunities
• Conduct change impact, readiness, and barrier analyses; identify transformation strategies
• Develop and execute holistic change strategies with KPI definitions and metrics
• Lead change management activities including needs analysis, readiness, communications, and training planning
• Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration for new ways of working
• Coach senior leaders and managers on Human-Centered Change principles
• Integrate Design Thinking, behavior change science into roadmaps and repeatable methodologies
• Collaborate with program management to embed change strategies into delivery and manage risks
• Mentor and lead Human-Centered Change team members on engagements
• Identify internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
