Job summary

Cribl, a leading remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Senior Manager to own the commercialization lifecycle for new products. You will partner with the executive team on pricing, launches, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.

You will scale go-to-market motions, measure success, and lead due diligence for key acquisitions, shaping Cribl’s growth trajectory in a fast-changing market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI and commercialization at SaaS firms.
• Experience bridging product, sales and marketing to GTM teams.
• Strong ability to influence C-level stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products and features across launches.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on pricing decisions and launch health.
• Scale models to support rapid product and engineering shipping.
• Define success metrics, track adoption and ARR contributions.
