Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and transformation in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, or Professional Services at a top strategy firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills, with experience building models and analyzing complex datasets using Excel, SQL, Claude, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and execute through change with limited information.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-level discussions and decks.
• Proven collaboration and teamwork, building trust across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and discovery of current-state sales performance, GTM models, and market opportunities through stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
• Partner with leaders to reimagine and transform the GTM model and drive revenue growth and efficiency.
• Develop business case models to quantify topline impact of GTM initiatives.
• Create and refine GTM frameworks to support long-term growth across specializations, solutions, and acquisitions.
• Lead market expansion initiatives into new regions and segments; inform data center strategy.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on GTM initiatives and findings.
• Align cross-functional plans to ensure operational excellence during execution.
• Build broad relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, Finance, Product, and Business Technology.
