Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team to drive growth, optimize the GTM model, and build revenue and cost models across Sales, Professional Services, and Product.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders, perform current-state analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and present executive-ready analyses to shape strategic initiatives and regional expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategy and transformation experience in GTM, Sales, or Customer Success.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong combination of strategic thinking and data analysis with experience developing models.
• Ability to influence executives and work across functions in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
