Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team to drive strategic initiatives that transform the GTM model and unlock growth across AI and consumption offerings.

You will partner with leaders across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to build models, analyze performance, and develop actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategy and transformation experience in GTM, Sales, CS, and/or Professional Services at a top strategy consulting firm or high-growth SaaS company
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to senior leadership
• Strong analytical and modeling abilities, including data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and discovery of current-state sales performance, GTM models, and market opportunity through stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and external research
• Drive holistic GTM transformation in collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Finance
• Develop business case models to quantify topline impact of proposed GTM initiatives with cross-functional partners
• Create and refine GTM frameworks to guide long-term growth across specializations, solutions, and acquisitions
• Lead market expansion efforts into new regions and product needs while optimizing data center strategy
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to inform decisions and secure buy-in
• Align multi-stakeholder plans for GTM growth and operational excellence during execution
• Build broad relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, Finance, Product, and Business Technology
