Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team in San Francisco. You will define, activate, and execute initiatives to transform our GTM model, unlock revenue, and optimize cost across multiple functions, enabling growth beyond business as usual.

You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to develop market insights, build robust models, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategy and transformation experience in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and/or Professional Services
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to distill data into actionable insights
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to develop executive-ready decks and present to leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM growth and optimization initiatives using stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and external research
• Drive holistic GTM transformation in collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Finance
• Build business-case models to quantify topline impact of GTM initiatives
• Develop new and reimagined GTM frameworks for long-term growth across specialization, solutions, and acquisitions
• Lead market expansion initiatives and align on plans with cross-functional teams
• Create and deliver executive-ready presentations to stakeholders across the organization
• Foster broad collaboration and alignment to ensure operational excellence during execution
