Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team in Austin. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to define and execute initiatives that transform our GTM model, unlock revenue, and optimize cost.

You will conduct current-state analyses, build models, and present to executive leadership. You are a strategic doer who balances quantitative rigor with qualitative insight, building alliances

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL, Tableau, and data visualization are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM growth and optimization initiatives across Sales, Services, and Finance.
• Develop business cases and revenue models for new GTM programs.
• Create executive-ready decks to communicate findings and recommendations.
