Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager for GTM Growth Strategy in Denver to partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to define, activate, and execute initiatives that transform our GTM model and unlock revenue growth. You will build revenue models, conduct market analysis, and craft frameworks for multi-product AI and consumption offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and transformation in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and/or Professional Services at a top strategy consulting firm or high-growth SaaS company
• MBA preferred but not required
• Strong combination of strategic thinking and data analysis with experience developing models and analyzing complex datasets using Excel; SQL, Claude, and Tableau are a plus
• Demonstrated experience leading and working with cross-functional leaders in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and discovery of current-state sales performance, GTM models, and market opportunity through stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and external research
• Lead initiatives to reimagine our entire GTM model, in close collaboration with leaders across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Finance
• Develop models to identify topline impact of proposed GTM initiatives in partnership with leaders across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions
• Develop new and reimagined GTM frameworks to serve as a blueprint for long-term growth across specialization, Solutions, and acquisitions
• Lead strategic market growth initiatives across the company, including accretive and efficient opportunities to expand into new markets
• Develop and deliver presentations on GTM strategic initiatives to cross-functional stakeholders and leaders across the organization
