BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Manager for Outsourced Finance & Accounting to lead government engagements, manage staff, and review final work products while driving portfolio performance.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, financial reporting, and strategic advisory for clients in the government sector. You will supervise senior associates, coordinate discovery with clients, and design solutions that enhance efficiency and controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics, required
• Six (6) or more years of accounting experience, required
• Four (4) or more years of government accounting experience preferred
• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience, preferred
• CPA certification, preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manages the full-life cycle of government engagements with accounting expertise
• Performs complete general ledger reconciliation and prepares financial statements
• Leads discovery meetings to understand client objectives and data needs
• Designs integrated solutions and estimates fees with margin considerations
• Oversees project management, billing, and client relationship quality
