BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to lead the full lifecycle of government engagements, from proposal through final work product and portfolio performance.

You will manage client relationships, report financial information, and advise on financial management. You will direct service delivery, develop discovery sessions, design integrated solutions, price engagements, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics is required.
• MBA or Master in Accountancy preferred.
• Six or more years of general accounting experience required.
• Four or more years of government accounting experience preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with outsourced or delivery center operations preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage full life cycle of government engagements with technical accounting expertise.
• Perform full GL reconciliation, record transactions, create invoices and payroll.
• Develop discovery meetings to map client finance structure.
• Design integrated solutions and determine project costs and margins.
• Lead project management tasks, ensure on-time billing and KPI monitoring.
• Supervise staff and provide guidance.
• Foster client relationships and maintain engagement quality.
