Job summary

Taidou LLC is a private management consulting firm offering services across multiple industries and service lines. We are seeking a Senior Manager in Regulatory, Risk & Forensic who will own large or multiple engagements, manage client relationships at the director and executive level, and help grow the practice with new offerings and business development goals.

You will be accountable for delivery quality and commercial results, while building the team and setting the standard for deliverables

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in regulatory, risk & forensic, including multi-workstream or programme leadership.
• Track record of client ownership and commercial responsibility (scope, budget, margin).
• Experience developing and managing teams.
• Excellent executive communication and judgement.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large or multiple Regulatory, Risk & Forensic engagements, and the outcomes they are measured on.
• Lead client relationships at director and executive level.
• Scope, price and write proposals; own margin and change control.
• Develop the practice's offerings in Risk Frameworks and Controls & Monitoring.
• Lead, coach and grow managers and consultants, and help hire them.
• Originate follow-on work and contribute to business development targets.
• Set the quality bar for deliverables and handover.
