Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Global Payroll Operate to lead cross-country payroll delivery for multinational clients. You’ll shape global design, drive implementation, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions aligned to client goals.

This client-facing role bridges EY technology, central services, and local teams. You’ll collaborate across EY payroll platforms, manage complex programs, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering/MIS or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
• Global payroll implementation experience or certification preferred.
• Workday, Oracle, SAP or integration-related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design workshops and client solutioning sessions for requirements and architecture.
• Own and maintain global implementation deliverables and deployment strategies.
• Act as global design owner ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality delivery.
• Support sales-to-implementation handover and review contractual commitments.
• Serve as primary technology contact for clients and EY teams, detailing capabilities and options.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate to ensure delivery aligns with EY standards and client expectations.
• Provide escalation, QA, and guidance throughout implementation lifecycle.
• Support BD activities such as RFPs, pricing, and technology demonstrations.
• Contribute to templates, tools, and best practices to improve EY GPO delivery.
