Ideal candidates have 8+ years in payroll/HR tech, strong project leadership, and fluency in English, with certifications and Workday/SAP/Oracle experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global payroll implementations, HR/payroll tech, systems integration, program management, or technology consulting in multinational settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design workshops and client solutioning sessions to define requirements, solution architecture, integration scope, data flows, testing, and go-live readiness.
