Job summary

Walmart Connect International seeks a Sr. Manager, Joint Business Partnerships to design, govern, and scale JBP programs across Enterprise, Emerging, and Partner tracks.

You will drive framework design, tiering, benefit strategy, and post-signature performance, connecting market sales with Finance, Legal, Product, and other owners to grow advertiser and partner value. You’ll lead the full lifecycle from framework to deal delivery, partner with teams to enable sellers, and ensure programs can

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field with 3 years’ experience OR 5 years in operations/project management; 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Design annual JBP frameworks, tiers, eligibility criteria, investment thresholds, and benefit packages across markets.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and benefit owners on funding, approvals, contracts, and delivery.
• Create seller training, pitch materials, playbooks, and tools that simplify execution.
• Support market teams through advertiser pitches, negotiations, and close.
• Govern exceptions, approvals, and benefit liabilities.
• Own signings, pacing, commitments, and program reporting.
• Identify at‑risk commitments and partner with markets on acceleration or reduction actions.
• Use performance data and market feedback to continuously evolve the program.
