Job summary

Walmart in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Sr. Manager, Joint Business Partnerships to lead design, governance, and rollout of JBP programs across Enterprise, Emerging, and Partner tracks.

You will own the full lifecycle from framework design to post-signature performance, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Product, and market teams. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, deal support, and scalable programs for international markets, with a focus on advertiser and partner relationships and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10+ years in sales strategy, JBP, partnerships, commercial ops, or related roles.
• Experience designing or managing advertiser or partner investment programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, retail media, eCommerce, and marketplace businesses.

Responsibilities

• Design annual JBP frameworks, tiers, eligibility criteria, investment thresholds, and benefit packages.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and benefit owners on funding, approvals, contracts, and delivery.
• Create seller training, pitch materials, playbooks, and tools to simplify execution.
• Support market teams through advertiser pitches, negotiations, and close.
• Govern exceptions, approvals, and benefit liabilities.
• Own signings, pacing, commitments, and program reporting.
• Identify at-risk commitments and work with markets on acceleration or reduction actions.
