Jobgether, in partnership with a US-based company, seeks a Sr. Manager, Affiliates to own and scale the global affiliate program. You will drive strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth with a distributed team, across the United States, the Philippines, and China, shaping commissions and incentives.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize performance, budgets, and ROI while maintaining strong partner relationships in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience managing teams in sales, partnerships, business development, or related commercial functions.
• Proven experience managing people managers or leading multi-team functions, with the ability to build, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
• Experience building and growing sales, affiliate, or partnerships channels in tech/digital businesses.
• Experience managing geographically distributed or remote teams across countries/time zones.

Aufgaben

• Define, develop, and execute the overall affiliate program strategy with clear KPIs and dashboards.
• Design, implement, and optimize commission structures and incentive programs.
• Build and lead a geographically distributed affiliate team across the US, the Philippines, and China.
• Manage partner recruitment, onboarding, and strategic partnerships with tiered commissions and exclusivity terms.
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize performance and budgets.
