Jobgether is seeking a Lead Partner Marketing Manager to scale partner programs across a distributed, fully remote team. You will own strategy, measurement, and ROI for partner initiatives, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales leadership to drive demand and pipeline growth.

The role emphasizes AI-driven optimization, budget ownership, and global collaboration across time zones and regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning partner marketing programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Strong understanding of partner marketing models (to partners, with partners, enabling partners).
• Ability to link marketing to business outcomes like partner-sourced pipeline and attribution trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Design, coordinate, execute, and measure partner marketing programs to generate demand and pipeline growth.
• Develop integrated initiatives to market to partners and enable their audiences.
• Manage budgets, MDF, and co-marketing investments with data-driven ROI.
• Develop partner segmentation, messaging, and operating models across regions.
