Jobgether is seeking a growth marketing leader to drive PPC and affiliate programs from a fully remote international hub. You will mentor managers, set KPIs, and implement structured testing to ensure accountable growth.

Own budgets and optimize multi‑channel campaigns with a data‑driven approach to CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV. Collaborate with global teams to scale performance and automation.

Competenze

• 3+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition with hands-on PPC and affiliate management.

Mansioni

• Lead PPC and Affiliate Managers; define KPIs and testing roadmaps.
• Manage performance reviews and ensure ownership of priorities.
• Develop and own user acquisition budgets and ROAS targets.
• Oversee keyword bidding, structure, targeting, and creative testing.
• Negotiate partnerships and expand traffic sources.
• Forecast growth and monitor CAC/CPA/LTV metrics.
