Job summary

HighLevel is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to expand our largest channel of customer acquisition. You will lead recruitment, strategy, and partner relationships in a remote-first, global environment.

You\'ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize affiliate campaigns, analyze performance data, and scale partnerships from onboarding to activation, with a focus on delivering measurable growth for our SaaS platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience.
0-2 years in Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management or Business Development.
Knowledge of Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
Public speaking and presentations to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in writing and copywriting.
Technical aptitude to help users succeed with HighLevel.
Experience with CRM systems.
Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Strong data/analytics skills to measure impact and develop new projects.

Responsibilities

Measure affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to deploy recruitment strategies.
Prospect and identify potential affiliates.
Create personalized strategies for quarterly affiliate goals.
Orchestrate affiliate landing pages and offers.
Support marketing strategy and align affiliate activities.
Source out-of-box affiliate opportunities to expand presence.
Reactivate and scale existing affiliates.
Attend in-person events to source new partnerships.
Analyze data to plan department work and outcomes.
Demonstrate results and iterate based on feedback.
Lead cross-functional collaborations on complex projects.
