Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager based in the United States to own and grow a high-impact affiliate and partnerships channel for a global DTC business. You will lead strategy and execution across the US, Canada, and Australia, focusing on creator partnerships, paid social impact, and a scalable creator lifecycle.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and a lean team, driving profitable acquisition, optimizing LTV, and expanding brand reach through TikTok, creator

Formación

• 5–10 years in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnerships.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, or CPG environments preferred.
• Proven track record building or scaling affiliate/creator programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own affiliate revenue targets and channel performance, managing CAC and LTV.
• Lead global affiliate program across US, Canada, Australia, incl. creator sourcing and platform strategy.
• Drive US market expansion via TikTok and TikTok Shop with creator-led acquisition.
• Develop scalable creator lifecycle and onboarding to convert customers into ambassadors.
• Build diversified creator roster and optimize payout models and rate cards.
• Own the affiliate tech stack (Upfluence, AWIN, Roster, Triple Whale) and measure incrementality.
