Job summary

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Affiliate/Partner Manager leader to guide a pod of Affiliate Managers, each owning 100+ lifetime trial affiliates, across a global, remote-first organization. You will drive performance, scalability, and strategic impact by mentoring teams and optimizing partnership economics.

In this senior role, you will own endorsements, payouts, and sensitive escalations while upholding policy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in affiliate, partner, or strategic account management with a multi-million dollar book.
• 3+ years managing partner or account managers, with strong analytical and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a pod of Affiliate Managers responsible for 100+ affiliates.
• Manage endorsement agreements, payouts, and escalations with sensitivity and precision.
• Enforce policy and compliance across affiliate programs.
