Job summary

AudienceView is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs & Demand Generation in California. You’ll own the pipeline, lead a small cross-functional team, and design integrated programs spanning ABM, webinars, events, and content to drive conversions from awareness to closed-won.

You’ll partner with Sales, run multi-channel campaigns, and optimize the funnel with data-driven decisions, while mentoring team members and aligning with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
• Proven ability to design multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with ABM and webinars / live events.
• Strong analytics and funnel optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional marketing pod; set priorities and remove blockers.
• Design multi-channel demand gen campaigns to hit pipeline targets.
• Plan and execute webinars, events, and content syndication.
• Scale ABM engine; partner with Sales for target accounts.
• Coordinate lead routing and sales enablement playbooks.
