Job summary

SQA Services is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive execution for our unified revenue team. This role operates beyond branding, turning strategy into shipped programs across content, demand generation, ABM, and events.

You will own HubSpot, LinkedIn, landing pages, trade shows, content distribution, and paid media while tying activities to pipeline. Reporting to the CRO, this remote position requires quarterly travel to Los Angeles, CA, and partnership with RevOps and external creatives.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing execution with end-to-end campaign ownership.
• Hands-on generalist across demand gen, ABM, content, events, and paid in the same week.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end campaigns in HubSpot including emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture workflows.
• Run ABM motion with account list research, tier coordination, LinkedIn audiences, and paid campaigns.
• Manage events calendar: trade shows, conferences, and field events logistics and follow-up.
• Distribute content across web, email, and social; brief external creatives; ensure on-brand delivery.
• Own organic and paid social on LinkedIn; support demand gen and ABM; amplify content.
• Connect marketing to pipeline with sales and CRM hygiene; provide data-driven observations.
• Pull performance from HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid platforms.
• Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, launch checklists, and cross-functional dependencies.
