Vasion is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel demand generation and ABM across the AMER region. You’ll own multi-channel campaigns, partner with Sales, Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Web to build assets that convert prospects into pipeline.

You’ll thrive on data-driven decisions, optimize through A/B tests, and manage projects with precision while driving measurable business results for a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in demand generation, integrated, or ABM campaigns.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, technology, or a similar industry.
• Working knowledge of demand generation, ABM, and modern digital marketing practices, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage full-funnel campaigns across email, advertising, retargeting, third-party programs, events, webinars, and social media to meet targets.
• Execute ABM initiatives across the AMER region.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, from kickoff to reporting, and keep details on track.
• Optimize campaigns via A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare clear, data-driven reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales/BDR teams to align execution and accelerate pipeline.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Web to create landing pages and assets.
• Provide regular campaign updates and performance reporting to stakeholders.
