Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own full-funnel demand generation and ABM across the Americas. You will run multi-channel campaigns and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Web to convert engagement into pipeline.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in marketing, SaaS/B2B, and data-driven decision making, with strong project management and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in demand generation, integrated, or ABM campaigns.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, technology, or a similar industry.
• Working knowledge of demand generation, ABM, and modern digital marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage full-funnel campaigns across email, advertising, retargeting, events, webinars, and social media.
• Execute ABM initiatives and full-funnel prospect campaigns across the AMER region.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to align campaign execution and accelerate pipeline.
