Job summary

Turner Information Services seeks an experienced leader to drive enterprise technology procurement and strategic sourcing. You will manage high-value software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, telecom, and professional services, leading competitive sourcing and complex negotiations.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, and IT leadership to optimize total cost of ownership, ensure policy compliance, and deliver measurable savings across Turner’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 10 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of direct experience leading enterprise technology procurement.
• At least 3 years of people-leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multimillion-dollar enterprise technology negotiations and savings.
• Knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS and cloud models, license compliance, true-ups, audits, and TCO.
• Experience developing category strategies and end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Experience negotiating with major tech providers and operating companies (e.g., Microsoft, Autodesk, Procore).
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred; CPSM/MCIPS or similar credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and roadmaps for major technology spend.
• Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes with market analysis and negotiations.
• Negotiate software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and professional services.
• Use spend analytics and market intelligence to drive negotiations and cost savings.
• Partner with Finance and IT to optimize entitlements, license utilization, renewals, and true-ups.
• Ensure governance, policy compliance, and procurement controls.
