Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced leader to drive enterprise technology procurement across software, SaaS, cloud, and hardware. You will manage category strategy, end-to-end sourcing events, and global supplier negotiations, partnering with Legal, Finance, and IT security to optimize TCO and standards.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of software licensing and procurement platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field; 10 years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise technology procurement: software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom.
• 3+ years in people leadership; mentoring and development.
• Proven success in multimillion-dollar enterprise technology negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for major technology spend.
• Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes with market analysis and supplier due diligence.
• Lead complex sourcing and negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud, hardware and services.
• Develop negotiation strategies using spend analytics and market intelligence.
• Partner with technology owners to optimize software entitlements and licensing.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and renewal planning with commercial recommendations.
• Coordinate procurement across ACS Group to aggregate demand and negotiate global/regional contracts.
• Partner with EA, InfoSec, and business leaders to ensure standards and security requirements are met.
• Oversee procurement requests, contract administration, and governance.
