Job summary

Turner Information Services is seeking a seasoned leader to drive enterprise technology procurement across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services. You will develop category strategies, run RFI/RFP/RFQ events, and manage contract lifecycles while aligning with architecture, security, and finance teams.

This role requires 10+ years in procurement, a bachelor's degree, and ability to work across multiple US offices, with some remote work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 10+ years of procurement/strategy experience.
Experience leading enterprise technology negotiations across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and professional services.
Proven ability to develop category strategies and run end-to-end sourcing events.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for technology spend.
Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes with cross-functional teams.
Lead negotiations and renewal strategies for software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services.
Use spend analytics and market intelligence to drive savings and risk reduction.
Manage supplier performance, contracts, and governance across organizations.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Legal to align procurement with standards.
Oversee onboarding, contract administration, and procurement workflows to ensure timely service delivery.
Establish procurement governance, KPIs, and performance reporting.
