Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Head of Technology Procurement to lead enterprise software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, telecom, and professional services sourcing.

You will develop category strategies, drive end-to-end sourcing events, manage complex negotiations, and partner with Legal, Finance, and IT leadership to optimize total cost of ownership across Turner Information Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience.
• At least 5 years of direct experience leading enterprise technology procurement.
• At least 3 years of people-leadership experience.
• Proven success leading multimillion-dollar enterprise technology negotiations.
• Knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS and cloud models.
• Experience with RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluation, and governance.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred; CPSM/MCIPS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for major technology spend.
• Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, RFQ processes and negotiations.
• Negotiate software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and professional services terms.
• Perform spend analytics and benchmarking to drive savings.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders on spend decisions.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, renewals, and governance.
• Build senior-level relationships with strategic suppliers and stakeholders.
