Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced procurement leader to manage enterprise technology sourcing across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, and related services.

You will build category strategies, lead RFI/RFP processes, negotiate favorable terms, optimize software entitlements, and align procurement with security and architecture goals while delivering significant cost savings for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing.
• At least 5 years in enterprise technology procurement and complex software agreements.
• 3+ years of people leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Proven success in multimillion-dollar negotiations and savings delivery.
• Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, cloud models, and SAM.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year category strategies and roadmaps for major tech spend.
• Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, RFQ processes with market analysis and negotiations.
• Negotiate enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services terms.
• Analyze spend and market data to build negotiation strategies.
• Manage entitlements, license utilization, renewals, and true-ups.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and IT leadership to align goals.
• Oversee procurement governance, contract administration, and risk.
• Coach procurement staff and drive process improvements.
