Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced head of enterprise technology procurement to lead strategic sourcing for software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and professional services. You will manage end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate complex contracts, and drive cost savings and risk reduction across Turner IS and related units.

You will partner with architecture, security, finance, and business leaders to optimize total cost of ownership and ensure standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in procurement/ sourcing.
• Experience leading enterprise technology procurement including software and SaaS.
• Proven leadership in coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year technology category strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead RFI, RFP, RFQ events and governance with stakeholders.
• Negotiate enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and services contracts.
• Manage spend analytics, risk, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate global or regional procurements across operating companies.
