Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive enterprise technology sourcing. You will manage high-value software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and professional services, leading category strategies and end-to-end negotiations.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and business leaders to optimize TCO, reduce risk, and align with enterprise standards while overseeing contract lifecycle and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading enterprise technology procurements including software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and professional services.
• 3+ years of people leadership and building high-performing procurement teams.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage lifecycle from sourcing to renewal.
• Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, cloud models, SAM, audits, and TCO analysis.
• Experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ events and end-to-end supplier governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year category strategies aligned with architecture, cybersecurity, financial, and business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events including market analysis, requirements, due diligence, bid evaluation, negotiation, and governance.
• Negotiate complex technology terms, pricing, licensing, SLAs, and contract provisions with Legal, Finance, and IT leadership.
• Use spend analytics and market data to develop negotiation strategies and cost models.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize software entitlements and license utilization.
• Coordinate procurement across ACS Group operating companies to aggregate demand and negotiate global/regional agreements.
• Establish governance, SLAs, scorecards, and executive reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Lead procurement staff and mentor team members; drive process optimization and data-driven decisions.
