Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced enterprise technology procurement leader to drive multi-year category strategies, lead end-to-end sourcing events, and negotiate complex software, SaaS, cloud, and services agreements across the organization.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and business owners to optimize total cost of ownership, ensure security and service levels, and deliver measurable savings while supporting enterprise technology standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum 10 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
• At least 5 years of direct experience leading enterprise technology procurement including software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, or services.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Demonstrated success in multimillion-dollar negotiations with measurable savings and risk reduction.
• Experience developing category strategies and end-to-end competitive sourcing (RFI/RFP/RFQ).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and sourcing roadmaps for major technology spend.
• Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes including market analysis, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Drive complex sourcing for software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and professional services.
• Create fact-based negotiation strategies using spend analytics and market intelligence.
• Coordinate global procurement activities across operating companies to optimize scope and supplier leverage.
