Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced leader to drive enterprise technology procurement and strategic sourcing. You will manage software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and professional services, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and IT leadership to optimize total cost of ownership.

You will develop category strategies, lead RFI/RFP/RFQ events, and deliver measurable savings while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in procurement.
• At least 5 years of enterprise technology procurement leadership.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success in multimillion-dollar technology negotiations and savings.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• MBA or related procurement credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for major technology spend.
• Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate complex enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services agreements.
• Apply spend analytics and market intelligence to strengthen negotiation positions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and IT leadership to optimize TCO and risk management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and renewal planning for technology investments.
