Turner Construction Company seeks an enterprise technology procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing for software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecommunications, and services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/Finance/IS/Engineering/Economics or related field; 10+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years leading enterprise technology procurement (software/SaaS/cloud/hardware/telecom).
• 3+ years of people leadership (coaching, performance, planning).
• Proven success in multimillion-dollar enterprise technology negotiations with measurable savings and risk reduction.
• Experience with SAP/Ariba/Coupa or similar platforms; knowledge of software licensing and total cost of ownership.
• Mastery of competitive sourcing processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and vendor governance; CPSM/MCIPS credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology procurement and strategic sourcing across software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and services.
• Develop category strategies and roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities and architecture.
• Manage RFI, RFP, RFQ events, negotiations, contracting, and post-award governance.
• Optimize software entitlements, license utilization, and renewals with IT asset management.
• Coordinate global/regional contracts and supplier consolidation with cross-functional partners.
• Establish and track procurement metrics, savings, risk reduction, and supplier performance.
