Job summary

Ecolab seeks an experienced Senior Manager, ServiceNow Technical Product Management to unite TPMs under a single enterprise direction for the ServiceNow platform across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and more.

You will lead a hands-on, strategic function, align product roadmaps, resolve cross‑product priorities, and ensure scalable, secure platform outcomes with collaboration across Architecture, Security, Data, and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and extensive enterprise technology experience.
• 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise tech, platform or product management.
• Significant experience using ServiceNow as an enterprise workflow platform.
• Experience leading product managers, owners, or senior technology professionals.
• Ability to manage product strategy and roadmaps across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Product Management team for ServiceNow products and capabilities.
• Set ownership, decision rights, and roadmap management across platforms.
• Review roadmaps, risks, and outcomes with TPMs and stakeholders.
• Align product roadmaps into a single enterprise ServiceNow strategy.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, UX, AI, Data, Security, QA, Delivery and Ops.
