Job summary

OneMain Financial seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Platform leader to drive ITOM, CMDB, and enterprise-scale platform strategy. You will enable production operations, automate incident workflows, and deliver dashboards for SLA and change performance with a strong emphasis on governance and security.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, SAM, and IntegrationHub, and a track record of cross-functional delivery across architecture, security, and risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Enable Production Operations and ITOM workflows via ServiceNow across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate observability and alerting platforms to automate incident creation and enrichment.
• Develop dashboards for SLA adherence, outage impact, and post-incident reviews.
• Align ServiceNow with enterprise data architecture and maintain CMDB constructs.
• Publish DevOps dashboards and automation to improve release velocity and change performance metrics.
