Job summary

Ecolab seeks a ServiceNow Architect to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to translate business needs into architectural designs aligned with enterprise standards.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, secure, and adopted across the enterprise while balancing cross-platform integration and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 10 years of professional experience.
• 5 years hands-on ServiceNow implementation, development, or architecture.
• Strong integration background including REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Experience with architecture governance, security, privacy, and delivery controls.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across workflows, integrations, data models, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures and practical implementation approaches.
• Produce architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration specs for delivery and support.
• Lead solution design workshops with product, engineering, security, UX, and data stakeholders.
• Mentor developers on ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Ensure solutions align with reference architectures and governance controls.
