Job summary

Pfizer Inc. in the United States seeks a Manager, ServiceNow Senior Platform Administrator to own day-to-day health, stability, and security of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM/HAM, CSM, HRSD, and ECP, serving 1.5M users across multiple environments.

You will partner with Product Owners, Developers, Release Manager, Security Lead, and Integration Lead to ensure platform performance, compliance, and audit readiness, while guiding development squads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or higher degrees.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform administration experience.
• Experience upgrading, patching, and release cycles; troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices.
• CSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ServiceNow platform operations and access controls.
• Lead platform upgrades, patches, cloning, and release validation.
• Monitor platform health and diagnose incidents; escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for platform changes.
• Stay updated on Now platform best practices and AI-enabled features.
