Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Manager for ServiceNow S2P to lead AP and Procurement solutions. The role bridges business goals with platform capabilities, partnering with Finance, Procurement, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant experiences and ensure platform health across integrations and workflows.

You will shape product strategy, guide roadmaps, and own technology leadership across the S2P lifecycle, reporting to the ServiceNow Platform Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical discipline.
• 10 years of experience in enterprise platform management, product management, or related tech roles.
• Significant hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience supporting Source-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business PMs and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Evaluate proposed solutions for technical feasibility, maintainability, and platform alignment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs before development begins.
• Facilitate design discussions and build consensus across Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
