Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management for the Experience Team to lead a global program management function. You will coach a team of 5, partner with Product, Content, Design, and Marketing to deliver enterprise initiatives across multiple departments, while maintaining clarity in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership and program management experience (minimum 4 years leading teams).
• Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex/ambiguous spaces.
• Ability to influence across Product, Design, Support, Marketing, and Sales.
• Excellent communication across all levels and functions.
• Strong data analysis capabilities to validate decisions and drive outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Nice-to-have: Digital Content, UX/UI, or Product team experience.
