You will bring commercial intensity, operating rigor, and executive credibility with CISOs, CIOs, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in account management, customer success, or sales.
• 3–5+ years leading teams in cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services.
• Executive presence with CISOs, CIOs, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for retention, expansion, and customer value realization.
• Coach team on strategy, messaging, negotiation, and execution in real time.
• Own retention and growth performance and drive quota attainment across the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to remove friction in the customer journey.
