Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager for Select Customer Success to lead a growing team of customer success managers with a focus on enterprise customers. This role drives long-term strategy, value delivery, and executive alignment across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in managing high-value accounts, building scalable processes, and mentoring a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, account management, or consulting.
• 3+ years in management positions, including recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Experience with $1M+ ACV customers.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to travel within the United States (up to 25%).
• Executive stakeholder management and communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing success and value realization for Samsara’s enterprise customers.
• Define and execute long-term strategies for the Select Customer Success team.
• Find and grow the next generation of CSMs at Samsara.
• Keep executives informed of progress and advocate for change when needed.
• Lead from the front with a willingness to get involved hands-on.
• Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
