Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Manager of Change Management to design and execute employee-focused change strategies for complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize outcomes.

You will lead engagement, communications, readiness, training, and reinforcement activities, while shaping enterprise-wide change across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience leading change management efforts for complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformations.
• PROSCI, PMP, CCMP or equivalent certifications.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, project management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives that impact employees, leaders, processes and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives including engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption.
• Coordinate portfolio-level change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs and adoption barriers.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Mentor change practitioners and grow Marvin’s change management capability.
